WCL-x100 The Wide Wide Street

I know I’m a little late to the party on this one, but after the last month of use I really thought I needed to add my take on this little lens/converter. This is by no means a proper review, more some ramblings and thoughts about my usage and my street photography The WCL-x100 product…

Out

This post is somewhat different, but I wanted to show my view of a (quiet) friday night out. 😉 I took along my x100s. This camera never ceases to amaze me. So small, yet so amazingly powerful. The grain it introduces at high ISO’s is so fantastic that the only way to describe it is…

Stargazer

Took out the Fujifilm X100s last night, fitted with the WCL-100. Equipped myself with a tripod, some gloves and a remote trigger. This setup gives a fairly wideangle setup with a bright enough aperture to avoid startrails. Noise ratio is, like with all Fujifilms X-Series, very low. So ISO 6400 is very clean. The moon…

X-Photographer

Hi everyone. Today I had a meeting with FUJIFILM Nordic, and they actually wanted me to join their community of X Photographers Needless to say, I’m thrilled….but what does it even mean. FUJIFILM has created a community of photographers and people, who use and love the X-series cameras. The X-Photographers are professional photographers who use…

Gitte & Thomas

Hi all. Another wedding photography post today. Again I was asked by a very dear friend of mine (Also being the best colleague in the world) to take photos at her wedding. I was also invited as guest, so I had double roles to fill! Again the images was taken using the x-pro1 with the 35mm…

Wedding as friendtographer

A couple of months ago I was asked by some friends of mine that I’ve known since highschool, if I was willing to take some pictures at their surprise wedding. They planned the day as a namegiving ceremony for their youngest offspring Alberte. What the unsuspecting friends and family members didn’t know was that there would be…

First real snow of 2014

So it has been a while since I last blogged. I’ve been insanely busy with rest orating our house that we bought back in august, so time for photography is limited these days. However I simply had to take some images of Aarhus during snowy weather. All images taken with the Fujifilm x100s or the…

Straying of track – getting back

These last couple of months me and my trusty X-System cameras have ventured into different photographic territories than my usual candid street environments. The reason for this, was at first beyond me. I didn’t give it much thought either… it was what it was. Then I started giving it some thought. I’ve never really considered…

Landscapes of Andalusia

As I promised in my Streets of Andalusia post, I am posting some landscape shots today. This is NOT my photographic territory, so please bear with me on this one. What I did find, is that Even though I only had simple prime glass with set focal lenghts I found both the X-Pro1 and in…

Streets of Andalusia

I know I have been a bit absent in updating the blog. The reason for this is twofold; vacation and becoming a house owner. However tiresome the pictures of my new house might be to the general public, some might find my street shots from my vacation more fun. We lived near Lake Vinuela just…
